At the Key field, you can change the frame and also the value for the
property that has a keyframe. It is an easy way to make changes to any
keyframe.
To remove any easing from the animation, you can change the
Interpolation Modes. In the Graph Editor, press the A key to select all
keyframes and go to the Key → Interpolation Mode menu. There you
will choose the Linear option.
That changes your curves to straight lines, which will turn the motion to
a linear progression with no easing (Figure 7.20).

Regarding animation, always use easing when you want to create
natural movement, and for artificial motion, like machines, use the linear
interpolation.
